The new edition of the proven ACCON-NetLink-PRO ACCON-NetLink-WLAN is the further development of the proven communication and programming adaptor ACCON-NetLink-PRO between PC and S7 PLCs. In addition to the communication via a wired Ethernet network (LAN), this adaptor even supports the communication via a wireless Ethernet network (Wireless LAN).
As all-rounder, the ACCON-NetLink-WLAN can be connected to the PLC via MPI, PROFIBUS and PPI. The bus connector has electronics that separates the ACCON-NetLink-WLAN’s connection cable from the bus (MPI, PROFIBUS, PPI) so that there are no spur lines. The ACCON-NetLink-WLAN independently detects the current bus settings of the PLC.
The communication of the ACCON-NetLink-WLAN to the PC is effected via TCP/IP. The configuration of the ACCON-NetLink-WLAN can be made and changed via its integrated website. For the security of you facility, the access to the website is protected by a password.
The ACCON-NetLink-WLAN even supports the S7 communication via RFC 1006 (ISO on TCP). Thus, the ACCON-NetLink-WLAN can be activated like a TCP/IP communication processor (e.g. CP343-1). However, projected connections are not supported.
The ACCON-NetLink-WLAN supports the parameterization of DP slaves via DP-V1 (class 2).
A driver for SIMATIC applications (ACCON-S7-NET) is included in delivery.
