The DELTALOGIC Automatisierungstechnik GmbH sells goods and services via electronic media. The inquiry, processing and use of customer data is effected by the strict guidelines of the German data privacy laws. Our employees are familiar with the Federal Data Protection Law and are bound to the strict abidance of this privacy policy.

Personal data
Personal data are detailed information about personal or relevant relations of a specific or determinable natural person. Such as the real name, postal address, telephone number and date of birth. This excludes information which does not directly link to the real identity (e.g. favourite web sites, number of visitors of a web site) .

Inquiry and use of personal data
DELTALOGIC inquires personal data if you use specific offers or services on our web sites. If using e.g. our response forms or our online shop we ask for your name, e-mail address and your address. The internet service provider (ISP) also inquires and stores log information which your browser transmits, automatically. Especially your IP address and the visited sites. The inquired data will be processed and used insofar as it is necessary and legal for the execution of the business done with you as well as to maintain a future customer relationship.

Use of cookies
Normally, we do not use any cookies on our web sites. Only in exceptional cases so-called session cookies will be stored in your browser’s cache and used for the technical controlling of your session. These data are not personal and will be deleted when closing your browser at the latest. If we have to store personal data in a cookie by way of exception, we will ask for your explicit consent in advance. Furthermore we inform that browsers normally have functions to manage cookies.

Forwarding of personal data
Forwarding, selling or any other method of transmitting personal data to a third party does not take place unless it is required to fulfil the contract. It may be necessary when e.g. ordering products that we hand over your address and order data to our distributors. Further exceptions are compulsory laws or violating the of terms of use, especially if there is an enforceable official or judicial order existent. As far as we are bound by law or by a judicial decree we will transmit your personal data to entitled sites.

DELTALOGIC takes all necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from loss, abuse unauthorized access, disclosure, change or deletion.

Information/revocation
On a written inquiry you will be informed by DELTALOGIC which personal data we have stored
(e.g. name, address). If you gave us personal data we will delete them irrevocably by a written request unless we are legally obligated to store them (e.g.  business documents).
