Shipping
We offer shipping only within the EU. As shipping service provider we use ups. For orders from third countries, shipping must be organized by the ordering party.
Germany
Within Germany we ship for a flat rate of 15 Euro.
EU foreign countries
Shipping costs are calculated by volume weight. Therefore, the exact costs will be calculated only at the time of shipment. If you would like a shipping cost estimate in advance, please contact us via the contact form stating delivery address and order volume.
Third countries
For third countries we charge a flat rate of 7 Euro for packaging. The organization of the shipment is done by the ordering party. We will inform you as soon as the package is ready for pickup.
Additional costs
For orders from abroad the following applies in general:
- Charges such as import sales tax and import duties are to be paid by the buyer.
For orders from third countries, the following costs also apply:
- Bank charges amounting to 32 Euro
- Customs processing fees for the export declaration in Germany amounting to 30 Euro
- If additional or special documents are required for the export, we will charge you additionally for the resulting expenses.
Payment methods
We offer both prepayment and purchase on account, depending among other things on the delivery address.
Prepayment
You will receive a proforma invoice from us. After receipt of payment we will process your order. Orders from third countries are always paid in advance.
Purchase on account
You have 30 days from the date of shipment to transfer the invoice amount to our bank account. You will find the bank details on your invoice. We reserve the right to change the payment method to prepayment.
Terms of delivery
The General Terms and Conditions of Delta Logic Automatisierungstechnik GmbH in the current version shall apply. Delta Logic is not obliged to fulfill this agreement if the fulfillment is prevented by existing or occurring national or international obstacles of foreign trade regulations or embargos as well as other sanctions. This includes, if applicable, a withdrawal from this contractual agreement free of charge, any services already rendered by the contractual partner have to be returned in this case. Delta Logic will inform the contractual partner immediately after knowledge about the occurrence of such obstacles.
