In the highly competitive beer market, energy and raw material costs are rising and with them production costs. Erdinger Weißbräu therefore relies on its own energy management system, reducing energy requirements per hectoliter of beer by 40%. Last year, the company also integrated a fuel cell into its operational energy and material flows to turn unused waste into energy.
