Retrofit for Handhelds

Until now, old machines based on SINUMERIK 810D pl or 840D pl could not simply be reused if the Siemens PHG teach pendant or HT6 broke down. However, with the Roth Operator Panel (ROP), there is a manual operating device with which such machines can be retrofitted. The special feature here is that the ROP replaces 1:1 the handheld programming unit that is no longer available. This means that these machines can continue to be operated in a fast, simple manner without having to carry out a complete modernization. The ROP's access to the SINUMERIK machine tool controllers is made possible by the ACCON-AGLink communication software.
