With the modernization of the palletizing system, the IT specialists at the Iglo plant in Reken were faced with the challenge of implementing a high-performance data transfer between the Oracle plant database and the new Simatic S7-1500 controllers. With ACCON-AGLink from DELTA LOGIC, communication between the two software worlds could be realized without compromising the performance of the controllers.
