The Austrian Wienerberger Group is the world's largest manufacturer of bricks. Many processes in brick production are automated. Data acquisition and consistent communication are also important factors. The company operates eleven production sites in the Czech Republic alone. The manufacturer relies on the ACCON OPC UA Server from DELTA LOGIC to collect data from the various controller systems in one of the brick factories near Budweis in the Czech Republic.
